Rotary Organization (Continually Shifting Strategic Center)
Mitsue-Links is defined by hierarchical, project, and matrix-oriented organizational structures. The three organizational structures are respectively preservation, strategy, and efficiency-oriented, allowing them to function with their own special significance. Furthermore, rather than having all three function equally, we continually shift our strategic center according to market fluctuations. This allows us to choose which organizational structure to prioritize according to whether we should preserve the organization, make an effort to promote a strategy, or try to promote efficiency. Mitsue-Links developed this unique organizational structure system, which it refers to as a "rotary organization." Another name for this is a rotary formation.

Rotary Organization's History
This concept was developed in January 2000 and put into operation as the smallest unit of organization structure personnel, but it was later introduced company-wide because it enables a robust structure in which organizations can quickly respond to social and environmental changes and further optimize. Furthermore, the three structure styles redefined the meaning of our company because they have different objectives/scopes and require a shared awareness among all organizational members.
