It is imperative for businesses to think about the health of their employees if they are to maintain and develop their business activities.
Over recent years, the Government has taken steps to protect the health of workers with the release of Guidelines on the Maintenance and Promotion of Workers' Health in Workplaces by the former Ministry of Labor, and the announcement of the Comprehensive Program for the Prevention of Health Impairment Due to Overwork by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
