What is the 8:2 method?
The 8:2 method is our concept of solution development. While 80% of customer needs can be addressed with packaged solutions, 20% customization is required to optimize the requirements. Using the 8:2 method, we are able to provide customer-specific solutions rapidly.
We have another solution development concept, namely that solutions should be developed to meet the needs of each customer. All solutions are therefore characterized by the fact that partial customization and system extension can be done.
