Employees are eligible to take seminar courses with tuition assistance from the company (80% is paid by the company).

In-house seminars are held to help employees improve their skills by learning technical know-how.

Use of Sports Clubs like Central Sports, Konami Sports Club, and Seibu Sports Plaza at BIG BOX Takadanobaba is available at a low fee through our health insurance association.
Discounted Use of Various Accommodations
Use of various hotels and Japanese-style inns owned by our health insurance association is available at discounted rates.
Kickoff Parties
Each quarter, a party is held to award top performers with the intention to increase motivation among employees.
Mini parties
A small get-together with pizza, refreshments, and beer is held monthly to enhance communication between workers who don’t usually have a chance to interact with each other.
Physical Exam
For their physical well-being, employees can receive physical check-ups once a year.
For their mental well-being, employees can receive stress check-ups twice a year.
Immunization for Influenza
Influenza vaccines are given to employees around November every year.
Corporate Physician
Physicians who have experience with company related health issues are there to support employees medically so that they can work comfortably. Once a month, a physician visits our office to give counsel on health management issues. Those who are interested can meet with him/her and also receive a second opinion if they wish.
The EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
The EAP is a program that was created in the United States that focuses on mental health. In recent years, leading companies in Japan have started to adopt the EAP in the work place. Under complete privacy protection (from the company as well), employees can take advantage of this integrated support program which consists of “medical check-ups for the mind”, “counseling”, and “follow-ups with a physician”.
Mitsue Family Day
Employees and their spouses and children are invited to the office once a year. We take a tour of the office, take a commemorative picture, and go to lunch.
Mitsue-Links Benefit Club
The Mitsue-Links Benefit Club offers services for full-time and contract workers.
English Conversation Training
We have an on-site native English teacher on the staff to support workers who deal with international business and help improve their English skills.
