Each year, 60 people are eligible to take seminar courses on such subjects such as marketing, planning, sales, and corporate strategy.

Every 4 years, long-term paid vacation and a bonus are provided.
Reward for Distinguished Service
Paid vacation and a bonus are provided to employees who have served for 6 years.
Career Plan System
In-House Job Change System
Employees who have served for at least a full year may apply for a transfer to another part of the company.
Boomerang System
We will consider rehiring employees who served for at least a full 3 years and then left the company to work at another company or group for at least 1 year. Upon reentering the company, we guarantee the employee's former salary plus additional compensation for acquired occupational skills.
