Basic Stance on Human Resource Development
Our basic philosophy about training is "no one improves by being forced to train." Employees must be stimulated and inspired. Only then will they change their values, thinking, and actions on their own. Self-reform, self-learning, and self-growth are the results of the desire to change one's self. a) Basic Training
Teaches employees about Mitsue-Links' culture and how to deal with the public, how to get involved with the organization, and how to relate with individuals.

c) Training Using a Cross-Communication System
Promotes cross-communication within departments, between departments, and between superiors and their subordinates.
