Results-Based, Equitable Organization

In response to employees who wanted a results-based, equitable organization, Mitsue-Links established its present personnel system in which 10 or more workers form a project team for a year. We have adopted and continue to operate a unique compensation system linked to performance. This unprecedented compensation system is comprised of a process-based salary, an MBO-based salary, and a results-based salary that are paid on a monthly basis.
