Japanese products and services as they currently exist may not necessarily be accepted overseas. Therefore, it is indispensable to localize the characteristics of a product or service after having gained an understanding of the culture and the sense of values of each country.

When Japanese products and services are to be introduced to international markets, we conduct studies to determine the receptiveness and user needs in the destination.

Through the UXalliance , we have access to more than 55 facilities with and over 300 UX professionals around the world, Mitsue-Links can assist in development and evaluation of products for a global market place.

The alliance was founded in 2005 by UX professionals from France, Germany, Spain, the UK, and the US with the aim of improving usability. The UXalliance is now an international network that encompasses over 300 usability professionals in over 27 countries. All partners are in compliance with the UXalliance's quality guidelines, and the alliance members maintain communication through meetings once every six months.

We will draw up a tangible plan for your research based on the specific product / service and the country that you desire to enter.

After learning your requests with regard to survey participants, we will draw up and conduct a screening questionnaire that is designed to select participants who meet the criteria. We then transfer the questionnaire to alliance partners in each country where you wish undertake an investigation. The partner will then recruit the appropriate participants.

The survey will then be undertaken by local industry specialists.

Based on the results obtained in the survey, the specialists based in the respective research partner countries will collaborate in order to draft detailed research reports.
