Heuristic analysis

For the heuristic analysis (also known as an expert review); Mitsue-Links' usability experts will review, evaluate and report on your product.

The goal will be to assess and identify potential issues with the following key aspects that may have an impact on the customer experience of your product: usability, efficiency, ease of use, satisfaction, localisation, cultural issues, language and terminology.
