Introducing Practical Examples and the Latest Trends from Leading Companies Around the World

Corporate Digital Communications Summit 2026

Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2026, 15:00–17:00
Venue: Mitsue-Links, Seminar Room

Event Overview

Mitsue-Links will welcome consultants from Bowen Craggs & Co., a UK-based organization specializing in the research and evaluation of corporate digital communications, to introduce practical examples and the latest trends from leading companies around the world.

Corporate digital communications are entering a major period of transformation. With the growing adoption of AI-powered search, corporate information is increasingly being interpreted and referenced not only by people, but also by AI. As a result, corporate websites, IR, sustainability communications, recruitment, social media, and other forms of corporate communications are having an increasingly significant impact on corporate value and brand perception.

At this event, consultants from Bowen Craggs & Co. will join us from the UK to share examples of best practices and the latest developments in corporate digital communications from leading companies around the world.

How should corporate websites evolve from simply being a place to publish information into a communications platform that supports corporate value? This event will provide an opportunity to explore the answer through global best practices and consider the future direction of corporate digital communications in Japan.

Recommended for

  • Professionals involved in managing corporate websites, regardless of whether they operate a global website
  • Professionals interested in global trends in corporate websites and digital communications
  • Web professionals responsible for global websites
  • ※ Please note: Applications from companies operating in the same industry as Mitsue-Links, as well as individuals working in the same industry, are not accepted.

Speakers

Main Speakers

Companies with strong digital communications are increasingly moving beyond simply publishing information to communicate a consistent corporate story across multiple channels. There are many examples of excellent initiatives among Japanese companies, while there is also much that can be learned from the practices of leading global companies.

As digital communications continue to change with the growing adoption of AI, what should Japanese companies communicate, and how should they build trust in this changing environment?

At this event, consultants from Bowen Craggs & Co., which has researched corporate digital communications around the world for many years, will join us from the UK to introduce practical examples and the latest trends from leading global companies. We hope the event will provide not only an opportunity to learn about outstanding initiatives by global companies, but also a chance to reconsider your own organization’s communications.

Rather than simply being a place to learn about global best practices, we hope this Summit will provide an opportunity to consider the next steps for Japanese companies together with participants and Bowen Craggs.

  • ※ Please note: The presentations by the two Bowen Craggs speakers will be delivered in English. A Japanese simultaneous interpretation tool will be provided.

Guest Speakers

Guest speakers are scheduled to participate in the Fireside Chat session.
Further details will be introduced here as they become available.

Event Background

For the past four years, Mitsue-Links has worked in collaboration with Bowen Craggs & Co. to introduce Japanese companies to the latest developments and best practices in corporate digital communications around the world.

For the fifth year of this collaboration, we are taking this initiative a step further by welcoming Bowen Craggs consultants from the UK for a special in-person event.

With the growing adoption of AI-powered search and changes in the environment surrounding corporate value, corporate websites are expanding their role beyond simply providing information. They are increasingly becoming a foundation for corporate communications across IR, sustainability, recruitment, social media, and other areas.

Against this backdrop, what initiatives are leading global companies undertaking? And what strategies should Japanese companies consider for the future?

This Summit is designed not simply as an opportunity to learn from global best practices, but as a forum for participants to engage in dialogue with one another and with Bowen Craggs, and to consider the challenges and opportunities facing their own organizations.
