Thank you very much for your support over the past year. We kindly ask for your continued support in 2019.
In this Column, I'd like to introduce some of the initiatives and plans that we're presently pursuing. They are:

1. Creating the Foundations for a New Era
We've reached our present position with a focus on having a relatively small number of expert employees, we're not aiming for business scale. However, with currently over 300 employees, various issues that require resolution are emerging. As a solution, we're currently rebuilding our organizational infrastructure via the following:
- ERP Introduction
- HRM Introduction
- Partner Management System Introduction
1. ERP Introduction
We commenced operation of our new mission-critical ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system in October last year. Through the uniting of fragmented business systems, it's now possible to expedite and optimize workflows - additionally we've improved compliance with internal controls. Furthermore, we're presently working toward implementing accelerated decision-making.
2. HRM Introduction
Currently, we're starting to customize HRM (Human Resources Management) methods for our own organization. By visualizing talent management, we aim to realize training schemes and programs that match individual growth needs as well as facilitating appropriate employee assignment. I hope that this initiative will further advance trust between my managers and their employees.
3. Partner Management System Introduction
While we've long had integrated internal systems, we've started collaborating with external partners due to the increasing diversity of client needs and to provide total customer-oriented solutions. Fortunately, we've received many corporate applications, however, at the moment, I cannot say that our internal systems are entirely sufficient. Going forward, to enhance trust, we're planning to establish a specialist department and implement a management system.
2. Strengthening Solutions
Regarding our services offered to client companies, currently multiple specialist technology divisions are centered around the core of our web development business. These two areas share a relationship of “autonomy and cooperation”, on the one hand pursuing departmental autonomy (generating profits for themselves), while, on the other, nurturing cooperative relations – we aim to further optimize this balance. From now on, based on a more holistic perspective, we'll further strengthen our interdepartmental cooperation systems and, through “creating”, we'll continue to provide our bespoke, comprehensive, and quality solutions to each of our clients.
