We strive to contribute to society under our corporate creed of “The mind seeks form, and form advances the mind” (meaning our mind affects our behavior and our behavior affects our mind). Here are some of social contribution activities we have been engaged in.

Recent activities

15 February 2022, Donation to Japanese Red Cross (Tonga-Oceania Volcanic Eruption and Tsunami Relief Fund)

We made a donation, through the Japanese Red Cross Society, to the Tonga-Oceania Volcanic Eruption and Tsunami Relief Fund (in Japanese). The donated monies will be used to support the relief and recovery efforts of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the Tonga Red Cross Society, and other organizations in the aftermath of the eruption of the Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha'apai underwater volcano and resulting tsunami. Monies will also be used for disaster preparedness and relief stockpiling in neighboring countries and other Pacific Island nations deemed to be at similar risk.

26 November 2021, Donation to UNICEF (Novel Coronavirus Emergency Fund)

We made a donation to the Japan Committee for UNICEF's Emergency Fund to support the organization’s work in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) (in Japanese). The donation monies will be used to support children in developing countries whose lives are at risk because healthcare systems, already vulnerable due to conflict etc. before the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, have further deteriorated; and to support activities to supply the new coronavirus vaccine through the COVAX Facility, a global partnership designed to achieve vaccine equity.
