2024 – 2026 Social Contribution activities

As part of our social contribution activities, we offer complementary guest lectures on web accessibility to vocational schools throughout Japan. The sixth of such lectures was given on November 12, at the Osaka-based ECC Computer College (in Japanese), with participation from students in the Multimedia Research Department’s Web Design Course. Going forward, we plan to continue offering similar lectures at other web- and IT-related vocational schools across Japan.

At Mitsue-Links, we offer free guest lectures on web accessibility to vocational schools and colleges across Japan – this forms part of our active contribution to society. We held our fifth iteration of the lecture, on November 11, for students in the Graphic Design Department at the Kobe Institute of Computing (in Japanese). In the future, we plan to continue offering such well-received lectures at other web- and IT-related vocational schools across Japan.

As part of our social contribution activities, we offer free guest lectures on web accessibility for vocational schools. On October 24, we gave our fourth iteration of such a class to students in the Web Creation Department at Matsuyama Designer College (in Japanese), located in Matsuyama City on Japan’s fourth largest island of Shikoku. Going forward, we plan to continue providing these lectures at other web- and IT-related vocational schools throughout Japan.

As an ongoing commitment to our social contribution activities, we offer free guest lectures on the theme of web accessibility for vocational schools. On October 7, we delivered our third iteration of this initiative to students in the Web Design Department at Yokohama Digital Arts College (in Japanese). Going forward, we plan to continue providing these lectures at other web- and IT-related vocational schools throughout Japan.

As part of our social contribution activities, we, at Mitsue-Links, offer free guest lectures on web accessibility to vocational schools. The second such lecture was held on June 16 at the Tokyo College of Electronics (in Japanese), with students from both the Web and Media Departments participating. Similar sessions are planned to be held at other web- and IT-related vocational schools across Japan in the future.

As part of our social contribution activities, targeting vocational schools, we have commenced a free guest-lecture program centered on the theme of web accessibility (in Japanese). Our inaugural lecture was held on April 15 at the Japan Electronics College (in Japanese) in Tokyo. Going forward, we plan to continue offering such lectures at other web- and IT-related vocational schools across Japan.

We made a donation to the Japanese Red Cross Society’s September 2024 Noto Peninsula Heavy Rain Disaster Relief Fund (Ishikawa Prefecture) (in Japanese). The funds will be apportioned to residents most in need through a donation distribution committee established in the affected area. We offer our heartfelt expressions of condolence to all who were affected by the disaster.

We made a donation to the Japanese Para-Sports Associations (in Japanese)'s "Japan Para-Sports Fund (in Japanese)" - please note both links are to Japanese-language webpages. The donation will be used for projects aimed at rewarding Paralympic medalists, developing and strengthening the next generation of athletes, and promoting the Paralympic movement.

We made a donation to the Japanese Red Cross Society ’s “2024 Eastern Taiwan Earthquake Relief Fund (in Japanese).” To be conducted by the Red Cross organization in Taiwan, the funds will be used for relief and reconstruction assistance activities, as well as disaster prevention and mitigation projects. We offer our heartfelt expressions of condolence to all who were affected by the disaster.

As a partner corporation of CoderDojo Japan , Mitsue-Links will continue to provide financial support to the CoderDojo Japan Association over the coming year. CoderDojo Japan is an organization that supports the non-profit activities of more than 190 CoderDojos, or community-based programming clubs for children, located throughout the nation.
